  1. We loved the Christmas markets through Bavaria in Germany and in Poland back during our White Christmas a few years back. Quite a few now. Although I hear they have become really expensive because of the tourist appeal apparently. Sad but still a wonderful experience to have.

  2. My favorite didn’t make your list. Rรผdesheim Christmasmarket of Nations is absolutely stunning!! I went there three years in a row– the only one I did. You can take the cable car up to the top of the mountain over the vineyards, snuggled under a blanket with a warm mug of gluhwein. They always have the cutest mugs and the backdrop the mountains and river are gorgeous. It also has special kids events. Oh, how lucky you are to be there this time of year. I did get to the Salzburg one in Austria and Wissembourg one in France for a different take on Christmas Markets. The ones in Dresden and Nuremburg are lovely too. Nuremberg also has a whole entirely separate kids area too.
